For Embroidery artwork we will need 

• Adobe Illustrator EPS file version CS 5 or below with all fonts converted to outlines
• Vector please! It can also be supplied as a PDF if it has been originally created as a vector file
• Also note that all font will need to be at least 5mm high and hat embroidery is a max height of 55mm
